    Hi All,

I was resintalling my W3J with XP and after I finished installing all the drivers with the w3j driver CD, I forgot to take it out and left it in the CD drive and restarted the laptop. And for some reason it automatically booted into another XP OS called "preinstall" something?? It took quite some times to load and eventually it gave me an error message, forgot what it was and I reboot it again without the CD this time and it loads my normal XP fine.

What exactly does this CD load??

If you left the CD in the drive while rebooting, it loads Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE). More information regarding this can be found in this Wikipedia Windows PE Entry.
