I think the W3J needs a better refresh. A better graphics card like the ATI 1700 or switch to Nvidia 7700. I guess a higher screen resolution might be nice. I had my heart set on the W3J but with the release of the A8Js where everything is better but the build quality, its hard to justify getting a W3J. What do you guys think about it needing a better refresh?

(sigh)... the W3J is more expensive than the A8Js. Does anybody have something intelligent to add?

Don't be too sure about that. Different parts of the world have different prices. For example here in Taiwan the W3j is ~$100 USD less than the A8js. But that is the W3j with the T2300. And the A8js is the one with a 120GB HD and Bluetooth...

I don't think its a huge deal, especially in the graphics department. The X1600 isn't bad, it might not be the best anymore, but its still better than a lot of computers, and the next generation is when they will roll out the big guns, since it is about that time. I joined nearly a year ago, and a month after I joined is when rumor of the W3j really came about, so its about time for the next wave, why would they go all out on this one? Asus is still trying to make money, so this seems like their best deal.
