yea well i was stupid enough to click that little factory made button of converting fat32 to nfts when i first got it which resulted in 512 kb clusters. At first i didnt think it was going to be such a big deal but now after a few months of use its really really really showing. I mean i have like tons of framented files with millions of fragments. Deframenting doesn't seem to be helping too much either. Anyway, what are my possible solutions to this problem? Should i just stick a whole new hd in and just use the old one as my secondary removable hd or is there a better solution?

Maybe you could buy an external usb hd and backup your important things there. Then just format, partition and install windows to the internal hd again. Usb hd's are really cheap nowadays.
