I turned on my notebook recently and it went blank after the Asus screen(Windows wouldn't load) I tried using the recovery discs and when Windows is about to install(just after I remove the driver disc) I get the message: "Windows cannot create the folder \Windows.0 Press Enter to retry or F3 to quit." When I press Enter I get the message: "Windows cannot create the folder \Windows.0\system32 Press Enter to retry or F3 to quit." I pressed Enter and I still got the same message. :( I don't what to do. What do you think the problem is?

Looks to be an issue with the HDD or maybe a virus has corrupted the windows partition.

You could run a Linux live CD to confirm this or reinstall windows or restore the computer to the original state.

How many times did you try to boot the laptop? I would suggest try to reboot it and see if it will load.

Also check for loose components, for example the hard drive may be loose, the ram could be loose, so double check that.

Then I would suggest doing what agent007 suggested.
