    Hi-oh guys;
    Recently I've installed BF2 in my W3V to test it (definitively I prefer to play it on desktop pc) and I've found a little problem when setting up the sound config to Hardware acceleration (low/med/hi). In this mode, you can "hear" whatever happens in the map at the same time, wherever you are... I'll explain, youre in a remote island and you can hear a chopper that is far-far-away, a jet that flies miles away and the shots of evry player on the map. All together.
    This is fixed by selecting Software acceleration (low/med/hi) , but, I expected the new chip (realtek high definition audio) will support hw accel.

    ANyway, Bf2 runs smooth @1024 medium settings.

    Anyone experienced something like that?
    Comments will be appreciated.

    Testing it, noticed that this *only* happens when EAX support is checked. You can select Hw lo/med/high w/o problems, but when selecting EAX, everything is messed up (you can hear EVERYTHING on the map from your position)
    I'm looking for info about realtek high def audio + EAX...

    You can actually cheat better with eax enabled then? hearing choppers far away, hearing foot steps miles away, perfect for a sniper and mobile AA guns. :D

    I saw the same effect on my desktop in Americas army and i am sure other games are the same. It is the sound options you are using.

    give Jim god-powers and Jim hear all the prays of ppl at the same time...
