    Lo!
    In the previous chapter...
-My W3V screen gone black while laptop was still running inside...
-After reboot "ati2mag infinite loop, reinstall drivers..."
    -Reinstalled last drivers from support.asus.com
-Same problem -> but in hours completely blocked
    -Sended to Asus (warranty)
    -in 12 days W3V @home  . Motherboard changed.

    But now:
Due to that sad days of block-reboot-block-reboot (my guess) the harddisk is heavily fragmented. Tried to defrag with windows utility, but in 4 hours only 25% defragmented!!!
Then I checked in Bios and saw that option DISABLED on the HD. (32 bit data transfer)

    And (finally) the question:
¿32 bit data transfer enabled or disabled on your W3V's (and asus family)?

    Thanks in advance.
