So i just took some temperature measurements using one of those laser thermometer things. Here are a few readings:
Left Side of keyboard: 92 F
Right Side : 101 F
Right Palm Rest: 102 F
Harddrive Cover on bottom: 108 F
Plastic outside the vent where the heatsink is: 127 F!!!!!!
is this thing gonna blow up on me?

Have you cleaned it lately? Perhaps dust accumulation clogged up the fan.
Was this only recent that this started? -
try under-volting, underclocking, and other things described in Chaz's guide

Considering it's a W3V, it's been around for a while... so I'd try taking coriolis's advice about cleaning the vents. If you know how to, reseating the CPU and cleaning up the heat sink/fan module also helps too... the thermal compound on the CPU gets all gunky after a while and can cause heat; it could also be running out, and your CPU might be making poor contact with the fan module... so adding some new thermal compound might help a bit too.
W3V Heating up like crazy
