My w3v keyboard is a bit loud and clanky... I wanted to know if this is normal.

After my last problem with the w3v turned out to be more than just innocent paranoia, I'm a bit more confident about my criticism this time round :p

If it's not a regular problem, can I replace the laptop with the warrantee?

I've heard that this is against the rules but I don't want to make a 2nd thread.
