    Hello,

I have recently installed an extra 512MB DDR2 PC4200 Kingston ram into my W3V, however the system can only detect 512 in windows and in the bios.

    Does anyone know why?

    Thanks

Did you try to take out the old one, then only put the Kingston one into a memory slot??
Just make sure the Kingston still works.
