    Hi,

Just curious if there were any W3V owners in AZ or Southern California, or any vendors who have W3Vs out on display. I'm ordering an PortableOne MX, which is based off of the W3V, and am interested in comparing the viewing angles.

According to Ivan, who owns PortableOne, they coat the stock LCD with some material from 3M that gives it an enhanced viewing angle. I'd like to compare my MX to a stock W3V and compare screen quality in person. I'd like to see how glossy the image looks afterwards and also how well the colors hold up with this treatment.

I'd also like to compare the temperature of the palm rest area. PortableOne engineered some custom graphite foils for the hdd enclosure area to help with heat dissipation and temperature differences of 12 to 15 (I'm assuming Farenheit) are claimed. That's pretty significant if it holds true =)

Anyhow, if anyone can help out, that would be of great help. It's more of a curiousity thing than anything =) I'll post photos of course when the machine gets in.
