    Anyone get this?
It's pretty self explanatiory, the meter fills up, and then it doesnt respond.
It used to work fine, but since then I formatted my c: (I was having otehr problems) and cant get it working anymore.
    Any ideas?

i had the same problem... i updated the BIOS to the latest version... but i think the real reason was that my USB mouse was still plugged in. I took it out and tested it and it resumed fine. try that?

there have been a couple of threads on this, it could also be something in the BIOS. Forgot what it was.

I went through this problem several months back. It's the Execute Disable (NX). Make sure that this is not enabled in the BIOS.

How long have you waited to see if anything happens? My computer tends to take longer to resume after an overnight hibernation.

Try disabling the Asus auto-update. I have removed this for some reason which I can't remember, but may be associated with delayed resume from hibernation.

Try removing the network cable so that software doesn't try talking to the world before everything has restarted.

    Hope these help,

    John
