I was using my touchpad on the W3v instead of the logitech mouse that came with it.

I can't seem to get vertical scrolling to work on an internet webpage. When i got to the Synaptics page (after I installed the touchpad from the cd) it works when i go the "Practice" mode. But not on the internet for a webpage or anything.
Just onwdering if I accidentally turned something off or didint turn something on?

One last note on the touch pad. On the right hand side of the keyboard in the lower right cornor there is a vertical button you can use to lock the touchpad when you are using a mouse. I hit this button and nothing happends?

I installed the updated driver so now scrolling works great without a mouse, but now when I use the mouse and im typeing, my palm sometimes moves the cursor and screws things up.

    Thanks again!

Setting up new computers..... I thought I had installed everything, boy was I wrong. :p

You need to install the ATK0100 Driver which enables the function of the side buttons. It should be on the CD or on ASUS download website.
