    I really love my W5F!!!

Maybe part of the reason is because this is my first notebook in 5 years after an old budget Dell that got really hot and noisy while running nothing (It had an old Celeron processor and no graphics card... about as low-end as possible).

Regardless, I really like the white! The blue and orange LEDs are simply beautiful with the chassis. Full-sized keyboard is also amazing! My only beef with the keyboard is the placement of the Fn and Ctrl keys... this has caused several deaths whiel playing Halo already (Ctrl is default for crouching in Halo...)

But anyway, I get plenty of power in one heck of a thin ultraportable that weighs a measly 4 pounds!

Good machine. Apart from the webcam, I can't really fault the design (appearance) or build. Its not up to thinkpad levels of solidity, but it is pretty decent.

Comes with a little too much junk software installed for my liking, but really, the amount is not at all bad by the usual standards. Oh, and it comes with fat32 for some reason, you have to fix that yourself.

The only real problems I have had so far seem to revolve around bluetooth. Once the drivers were installed (you have to do that manually), things went downhill a little. The driver installation crashed the PC stone dead, and attempting to disable bluetooth (using the tray icon, or Fn-F2) seems to leave the machine prone to random hang-ups. The bluetooth stuff just generally seems shoddy (CSR hardware, toshiba software).

Thats really only a minor point (uninstall BT altogether or live with not disabling it to avoid trouble), the rest of the machine is excellent.

    Update:

I have a nice white spot that developed in the lower right-hand corner! :(

Oh, well, I guess I was due for a screen defect sooner or later, given that I've owned over 10 notebooks now...
