    W5F vs W7J

    I'm contemplating getting a W5F vs a W7J.... but I just can't decide...

    Has anyone seen these two models next to each other? Is there much of a difference in size?

    Anyone know where I can go see some Asus models in NZ? It seems like Asus notebooks are a bit pricey here now compared to the states.... I really want another Asus but the pricing compared to other brands is pretty insane :(

    Physically, they're basically identical size wise...... the W7 has the dedicated graphics and the W5's claim to fame is the rotating camera and camera controls on the screen bezel..... That's basically the big difference. You could import it, but you have to consider the shipping costs and how they may even out the cost for you.

    Thanks for the reply - that helps as I was thinking the W7J but wasn't sure if it was bigger.

    I may have to import it anyway as I've only seen one online store here offer the W7J and the price is $3936 NZD for the T2500 model. (That works out to around $2,607 USD) , a bit pricey really :(
