Since I regularly travel for business reasons, I needed more battery time than the 6 Cell battery could provide. I decided the $199 CAD was worth it for my needs. So I ordered online from MilestonePC (thanks Danny). Here are my observations.

    Specifications
    7800mAh, 9 cell, 11.1v

    Size and Wieght
The larger battery wieght only a couple ounces more than the standard battery. The extra wieght is not noticeable as whole. I do notice, however, a bit more wieght on the back side of the machine when carrying it from room to room. This is no issue.
The larger battery sticks out about half and inch from the rear of the machine. It's hardly noticeable to me, and still fits fine in my 13.3 inch notebook sleeve. I've attached some pictures below.

    Performance
I did some non-scientific tests of the two batteries to detirmine a max. run time in different scenarios. All screen shots are attached below.

Test 1 - 50% screen, bluetooth, webcam, WiFi on.
    - 6 cell Battery = 3:02
    - 9 cell Battery = 5:05

    Test 2 - 50% screen, all off.
    - 6 cell Battery = 3:33
    - 9 cell Battery = 5:58

Test 3 - Lowest screen brightness, all off.
    - 6 cell Battery = 4:18
    - 9 cell Battery = 7:00

    Conclusion
This is a must have upgrade for anyone who requires more than three hours of battery time. It hardly weighs anything, is not in the way, and gives about 5 hours of life.

    Pros:
    - Size
    - Weight
    - Performance

    Cons:
    - Price

He did post it, though it wasn't attached to the W7j.

Mind if you post a pic of that RM?

Did you actually time those figures or is it just what it says on the battery meter?

How did you pull a 3hr in the first test with BT, Wireless and Cam on? What are your other settings?

Im using RMClock, throttled at 1GHz 0.950V screen at 25% (any higher is too bright imo), wireless on, webcam disabled in device manager, no BT, firewire lan etc all disabled. I can just squeeze abit over 3hrs according to the battery meter.

No, I did not actually time them. Just took the reading from the meter.

I regularly get just over 3hours from my machine. I use it everyday on battery and always have BT, WiFi and webcam on. Screen on battery is always %50. And I throttle to the CPU to 1ghz at 1.000v.

Yeah if you had the time it would be better to time it instead of reading the battery meter. More than likely, it is off by at least half an hour or more and constantly changes. I know mine does. It goes from 2 hours to 4 and to 3 and back to 4, sometimes 4:30, all while idle, and I definitely don't get past 4 hours, more like 3:30. I don't have a w7j btw but it should still apply.

Edit: Eek. Those pictures you posted. The w7j color and design is starting to look very unappealing to me...

Ya, the machine is much nicer in person. The lighting from those shots is pretty bad.

If I can find a spare 4+ hours, I will do a fully timed test.
