    Hi, I heard that W7J doesn't have a DVI output, but I am not sure what does it mean? will the quality for external monitor be really bad?? How about on a 15-17'' LCD screen? thank you.

    You're right, it doesn't. You're not going to notice the difference on anything less than a 19" regular ratio or 22/23" widescreen.
