    Hi

I own Asus W7J. My touch pad has been working pretty well until one day, suddenly I can't double click(tap) on the touch pad (but I can move the cursor with the touchpad), also the bottons are functioning too. Just that whenever I want to tap on the touch pad to select something, it's not working, but i can select with the bottons.

Anyone knows what's wrong???

have you checked your mouse settings to make sure that double tapping wasn't disabled? also, have you tried increasing your sensitivity?

Check the touchpad options in Control Panel, or download the latest Synaptics drivers, perhaps either will fix the problem.
