    Weird screen problem after windows update

    Hello Asus Users,

    I am a G703VI user and recently I had some issues with my laptop. It was working flawless till the last Windows update (which also created the issue of Sonic Sound)

    I woke my computer up and that is what I saw. the screen was getting brighter and much more brighter every second. Then I restarted the computer and it was absolutely like Matrix code screen.

    You can check the videos how it was and then how all went better and now I can write this message.



    What should I worry about in regards to that? I think it is not a good message for me and I guess soon I can face some problems.

    AN UPDATE REGARDING THE SITUATION

    It continues. After I made some tests, I am confident that flickering happens neither because of the screen panel nor GPU but the cable. Computer works without any problem with an external screen and laptop screen works after 1 minute.

    I am very disturbed and disappointed that I need to do a RMA for that. I hope my working computer won't get any harm during the service period. With my old laptop, I needed to do 2 RMAs because they changed my panel with worse back bleeding and dead pixel.
