I'm going to buy a new Asus V6Va for professional use (engineering and architectural visualisation), where color reproduction, contrast and angle of view are important factors.
I've found two different models, one with an IPS (In Plane Switching) LCD Panel, the other with "Color Shine" feature...
The latter (Color Shine), is more expensive, not so much but about 200 euros.
Seller tells me IPS technology is obsolete and now, glossy screens with a wider angle of view, use "Color Shine" technology.
What do you think about?
Till yesterday, reading Zamil Akhtar's A6Va review,
http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2720
I thought IPS and "Color Shine" were used together in same LCD panel, instead now I discover they're different features.
So, may someone be so kind to advise me what to buy ?
Regards.
