    Hi!

In CHC there is an option to overclock this card.

I was wondering what would be a good max setting I could overclock this card.
currently it is @ the default of 400 / 250

Grrrrrrr...please read through and browse the FORUMS~!!!!!!

This question has been answered about a billion times and I'm still pretty new to these forums.

RAwR....anyhoo', I would go up in increments of 10 and test it out with a benchmark. If you don't see any artifacts then you are fine. Keep going until you see artifacts then back off by at least 10mhz. That's the way I ensure my videocard doesn't blow up on me. You don't have to be at MAX to get all the benefits of your videocard, just near it.

If you want an exact number for the GPU and MEM then try 1000/2000.

I'm kidding don't do that. There is no exact number as each videocard is different even though they're the same model. Play with it.

If you didn't understand anything I wrote above or have no idea what artifacts are then I suggest reading up on the subject of OVERCLOCKING and then try it out.

Remember, overclocking is great because it's free performance, BUT it's not as simple as just setting a couple numbers and being done with it.

    Overclocking is an ART.

OMG I've achieved nerd'dom, by saying overclocking is an art. oh wellz...

    Cheers,
    Mike
