    HP Pavilion right??

    I almost got one of those before I caught onto Asus, it was on sale in my local best buy and had alot of good features including hddvd for the price it was a steal.

    For HDdvd? You mean you got an Asus notebook with HDdvd? How much was it and what type Asus is it?

    no it was a hp model, there is an asus with hddvd tho but it was like 2800$ I think......

    The hp in contrast was only like 1700$ and but the only downfall was a geforce 7600gt. would have been a gerat multimedia laptop tho, even had dual hdd's

    the c90 is supposed to have the option for hddvd/bluray but thos of us getting the first batch dont get the option to have it come with, we will have to buy it seperatly. I saw it on google for like 500$... im sure there are cheaper ones out there if you really wanted it.
