    in idle im at 40-45c is that good? and when im playing a video game like STALKER its around 50-55, what do you guys do to make the temp cooler? I just got my laptop and maybe its me or paranoia I Want to make it cooler.

    You can take a look at the cooling guide for some ideas on cooling down your computer, but if you're gaming hard that seems like a decent temp... CPU temp I presume? What are you measuring and how are you measuring it?

    yes the cpu temp i use RMclock btw is there a program that calculates bootup time? or you have to do it manually with a stopwatch?
