    Is it fujitsu like the W3J? I hope its seagate/hitachi, then I wouldn't really care to upgrade it to a 7200RPM, I really just want a durable drive.

    mine was the european version and it was only a 80GB, that might not apply to the NA version, but it was a hitachi

    The US model has a 100gb / 5400rpm Hitachi serial ATA drive in it.
