    Please advise.
    I'm getting 65 and 63 just writing this ,, when gaming upwards of 79-83c and that is on a laptop cooler made for a W90.

    What is normal and average?

    I think your idle temps are just a tad warm, but your load temps are perfectly fine. Either way, those temps are well within the "safe" range for a CPU.
