The Asus has treated me very well over the last two years, but I'm looking to replace it now with something better able to handle new and future games.

So, I will be selling the z70va and am wondering what I could expect for it.

    Asus z70va - 15.4" 1680x1050 Matte Screen
    Pentium M-760 2.0Ghz
    ATI Mobility Radeon x700 (256MB)
    1.5GB DDR2 SDRAM (1x 1GB & 1x 512MB)
    Western Digital HD 80GB @5400RPM
    Realtek High Definition Audio Controller
    TSST DVD/CDRW (DVD:8x, CD:24x/24x/24xOptical Drive
    Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG
    Bluetooth
    OS not included
I also still have the original box, packaging, manuals, drivers/software CDs, cords, etc.
    and the Asus carrying case!

As for condition, I would say it looks very good overall. The keyboard looks great except for a tiny amount of wear (shininess on dark keys) on the WASD keys and where my "thumb-spot" was on the spacebar. Touchpad looks/works perfectly.
The screen still remains great looking, with the only problem being a bit of an odd blemish on the right side, about 1/2 an inch from the side panel. I'm not sure what it was caused by (it isn't dead pixels or a scratch, it just appeared a few months after I first got the notebook and never really bothered me enough to do anything about it). It's less than a half inch long, but only viewable from certain angles. It's pretty unobtrusive. The only time I see it is when I'm looking for it and I still have to bob my head back and forth until I see it. I will have pictures of course when I sell, I just want to be fair and also get an accurate appraisal if possible :)
The case looks near perfect as well.
Temps are still running fine, just over 40C while doing normal tasks. Of course it gets up over 70C when stressed, but it has always run in those temps.

I think that's it... let me know if I left anything important out and thanks in advance!

I'd say less than 500 USD, it's a great machine but it's rather old... and with old components.

    Thanks for your response E.B.E.~

I love the notebook, and honestly it's been hard trying to find something comparable to what this was when I got it. The style, power and weight were all great selling points for me... and I was thinking by now something that weighed less would be around, but it looks like most 15.4" mid-range gamers are still a little bulkier.

Anyway, I was hoping for at least $400 +shipping out of it, and I'll probably try for that when I get some photos up and make a post.

    Thanks for the input :)
