I was looking on the Asus support site today to check out any new drivers that mightve come out, and I noticed that under the g-series there is now a G1Sn. What is this? Anyone know?
-
I would like to know as well. The main asus site has nothing, and the forums are blank.
-
ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
Probably the name of the new G1 update coming soon, following Asus' historical trend - specs will have to wait until Asus makes them public. Blu-ray is touted as coming in the Asus holiday layout in Jan's PC Magazine, maybe that's part of it perhaps
The driver/software pages usually get set up sometime before the product release dates. -
eh? hope they'll improve the power supply and stick an 8800m in there

Its probably going to be a penryn refresh.

i've allready posted with prof that the g2sg has a 8700m inside, maybe it's comming into the g1sn
-
but wouldn't an 8800 be better? -
may be the equivalent of the new G2S k...which is a G2S AMD CPU based....

I'd assume its the Penryn refresh of the G1, like the Forerunner said.
What is the G1Sn?
