So I just called at their Technical Support line and here is the situation
Try 1 :*welcome to Asus' phone support.... press 1 for french*
*Press 1*
*Recorded voice of an african-french speaking says lines are full, please use email support*
Try 2: Okay, I'll use english lines.
The guy in the email told me to choose option 3, but it says "invalid code"
Try 3: Well, we'll try the "normal" way.
*no awnsers*
Try 4: *no awnsers*
Try 5: A kid saying: WTF DO YOU WANT, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!
And yes, the number has always been 1-888-678-3688

What country you in? I've had one time where I went through a really bad patch with the help line here in the US. On a side note at the time and this is after the C90S release, they had no idea what notebook I was talking about.
-
Canada.
The email guy told me to call that number to get a RMA number. -
So I was able to get a contact with an english represantant at the tech support.
He took my email/adress/ phone # and told I'd be contacted in the next 48 hours....
Telling my zip code was a bit tricky, I don't know what's the spelling difference of the "G" and the "J" in english >-< -
G is like Jee, J is like Jay
-
oh so that's why lol.
In the other way in french -
lol leave me alone
