I just bought a brand new Lamborghini VX7 the other day, and every game runs like crap. It's driving me up a wall cause I cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I can't update the video drivers to 285.62 because every time I try to install them from the nvidia website it says it isn't compatible. I also read that you need to download them straight from asus, but I cannot find them on their website either! I'm getting anywhere between 17-25 fps in just about every game out there. Skyrim gives me 17 fps on average. I need help!

    Specifications:
    Asus Lamborghini VX7
    Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit)
    16GB DDR3 RAM
    750GB HDD x2
    INTEL CORE i7 2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHZ
    NVIDIA GTX 460M 3GB GDDR5 GRAPHICS CARD

I tried that and I got the same compatibility issue. I called ASUS and they told me to just wait for them to release the drivers and they had no idea when that would be. So I am stuck on 267.21

I tried to download the 285.62 drivers off of geforce.com and when that did not work I tried following a tutorial on here to install the drivers using a modded inf file, but that got me nowhere either. I ended up doing a system restore.

I am positive that I was downloading the drivers for the mobile version and I tried the file from the link you have posted but I get the same error every time.

I tried following that procedure, but I do not own a 260M. I have a 460M and some of the variables in that inf file don't match up with what I am supposed to edit in my inf file. I can't really explain it, but the stuff that it wants me to edit, I don't have in my nvam.inf

UPDATE: Successfully upgraded to the beta 290.36 drivers with no problems.
