What would be a better upgrade for my laptop? An SSD or more RAM?

It's either between a Kingston HyperX 3K SATA III 90GB SSD - $69.99 (free shipping) or 4x2 GB of 1333 RAM @ CAS 9 which is around $45.

Currently using a 5400 RPM 320 GB HDD and 4x1 GB of 1333 RAM @ I think CAS 11. It's some random brand. The laptop is an Asus A53Z that has thus far been overclocked somewhat successfully to 2.4 ghz, with some undervolting as well.

So what's the better upgrade? I've used about 63 gigs of my storage space so far and that's with stuff I don't entirely need. If I uninstall my games and only install one at a time, as I play them, I'll have enough space, I think. But the SSD is about $25 more than the RAM upgrade, so I dunno. Thoughts?
