I've been playing GTA4 and eventually it will crash "out of video memory". I'm using out of the box drivers. The settings was on high and medium memory usage about 750MB/1006MB. The card is GF 9650M GT with 1GB.

    Anyone experience this? :(

It may also be a game bug rather than a GPU drivers bug. But you could start with the latest drivers, and see how it goes.

The drivers that are in the drivers disk or pre-installed on your notebook is WHQL certified and often means it's the most stable, but may not perform best. As EBE suggested, I'd download newer drivers and hopefully that should help with your GPU issue.
