What's the better computer? G60VX-RBBX05 or ASUS A52JR-X1?

The G60 is better in terms of build and speed.

But the A52JR-X1 would probably run cooler and quieter.

If your willing to spend a little more and upgrade to the N61JQ-X1 you will have the best of both worlds, gaming power and the latest hardware.
A much better buy that will be more future proof than either of those.
Between the two I would take the G60.

2 laptops you listed are totally different.
G60 is for gaming and A52JR is for normal use such as net surfing, playing games like starcraft, warcraft 3, etc (you will not be able to play games like ME2 or DA:O)
G60 will run hot. I once owned G51J and it ran really hot (reached around ~92C) but for the price range I think it's fair. It really depends on how you're going to use the laptop.
