Joeycyw, I hear ya man. I can't seem to find any in stock either. With a few obvious exceptions (proportable, etc), a lot of these retailers seem to be mom and pop shops that tend not to return calls, emails, etc (though perhaps they would be returning them if they had inventory). I spoke with someone from geared2play on AIM a couple of days ago, and he said that he expected to have V6J's on wednesday. That statement is a bit inconsistent with what we're hearing from ProPortable, and contradicts what their website says ("end of month"), but I'll still follow up on Wed to see what happens. Unfortunately, buying (or attempting to buy) these ASUS systems is a lot of work compared to buying other systems. Hopefully it's worth it....

Right now, ASUS duo laptops are hot items.

And to make matters worse, ASUS is producing loads of different models, so they cannot concentrate on specific models that have higher demand.

And even worse, ASUS has to supply across the world, leaving North America as an afterthought (somewhat).

Your going to have to be patient like the rest of us.

Goren made a nice list of retailers, go backorder a laptop and wait for it to come in / ship. :D
