I want to do a full restore just because .............

IS there a place were the drivers are all organized? For example, i know the asus website has SEVERAL drivers under the same category, and i doubt that you need to install all of them.
Do you guys recommend using a software to find the drivers for you? Is that accurate? (driver magician, driver detective.....)
Also, the other programs that comes installed with it, do i just have to google for it?
examples, power 4 gear, life frame, control deck and so on.... (useful software, or should i just find other software better than the one included?

brand new clean install of windows 7.

I will delete and completely format to perform a clean install.

Thats why i want to know where i can find all drivers, and if i will lose turbo33 and nvidia optimus.
I have to use ASUS Nvidia
    Version V8.17.12.5741
for optimus to work? I can't use Nvidia drivers?

BTW is it better to install the OS on a separate partition? Thats how it is right now, and i had never tought about it. it has a 100gb partition for the OS, and like 350 GB free partition. I usually put everything on the same partition ( C: )

Please search the laptop box and try to find a CD named "ASUS Drivers".

Its a re certified... It comes with no manual or drivers cd.

Thats why I am asking for help.

I just formatted, and I want to know how to install the turbo33 feature, and working drivers for the nvidia graphics card.
I used the ones at the ASUS website, and it just COMPLETELY freezes my laptop at boot up. Should I proceed using the ones at nvidia website?

Someone please help me :( I want optimus
My laptop is heating up and its not necessary to have the graphics card being used..... (right now)
    or even Turbo33

Last resort is going to the NVidia website :) Boot in safe mode, uninstall Optimus, and install the ones from Nvidia's website.
As for Turbo33, I'm not really familiar about it, but i got the point of it. It is, I think, in Asus' website.

I looked everything on Asus website, I cannot find anything related to turbo33.

I already uninstalled the video drivers from ASUS website, it was the only way I could boot. But I really need something to enable OPTIMUS, as I am not using it very often, and it just DRAINS my battery.
