    Where to buy A8jm or W3j in the USA?

    Alright, sorry if this isn't the best place to ask, but I"m going to need a laptop soon (before July) and so I was wondering as to what my options would be for getting a W3j or A8jm in the United States?

    you should do some searching, your answers are within the first few pages.

    there are ALOT of asus resellers doing orders for the W3. in addition to the above.. geared2play.com, c9tech.com, rjtech.com, etc

    I havent seen too many other than portableone.com do pre ordres for the A8jm.. it seems the status for this model is unclear

    Newegg had the A8Jm for sale yesterday for $1500, but they had very limited #s. They were out by ~12:00pm.

    Be sure to look for the right price. You can pre-order the W3j for as low as $1699.

    if Geared2play isnt offering it anymore, and you're not on the waiting list for Proportable, then you're going to have to pay 1799 + shipping

    hmmm... I guess the $100 instant rebate was removed. The last time I checked was a couple of days ago. Things change fast ;) Right now I guess $1799 is that best you can do.
