    Hello!

    I am after some sites where I could buy a customizable ASUS notebook.
    I am mainly interested in something with GF8600 GT but I dont know if I will be able to get anything with 2GB Ram in 1500$??
    If not, maybe better option would be a better processor for a start and another 1GB of RAM after some time.

    Anyway, what would You recommend??

    Asus ships with a global warranty... so I don't think you would have to deal with the warranty through the US.

    I can personally vouch for xoticpc, they have excellent service and fast shipping. Good customization options also. My notebook from them has been flawless.

    Yeah, but those ie 3 years are not covered with Asus, are they?? As far as I know Asus give 2 years of global.

    You can buy a third year warranty from Asus.
