I'm thinking of getting the ASUS UX51VZ when it's released, however in the past I've always bought notebooks directly from the manufacturer (Dell for the last few). Asus lists ~50 vendors, but I don't have experience with any except for the big corps. Right now I'm leaning towards Xotic PC.

I'm more concerned with good customer service if it breaks than price.

Any comments-- yay or nay to Xotic, or alternative vendor suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks!
