    Hi,
I currently own an M6Ne and am looking for a replacement. I'm a big fan of Asus and at this point in time am considering either the:
    U6V
    F6V
    F8V

    Any thoughts/recommendations?
I will mostly be using the laptop for email/web/word processing but would also like to be able to play Starcraft2 when it comes out....

I love my current M6Ne but apart from the fact it is getting old (and falling apart) I have always found it too big and heavy. I would like something that is more convenient to move around, use on my lap, and lighter seeing as I bring it to work every day.

Is there much difference between the HD3470 256MB found in the F8V and the 9400M GS 256MB found in the U6V? Is one more likely to be able to run Starcraft2?

Also, has anyone had one of the Asus laptops with the leather wrist rest? I am curious as to how sturdy and durable they are. I have had my M6Ne for almost 4 years - can a leather component last that long!?

Also, I have heard that the 14.1 WXGA screen on the F8V can appear to be grainy and does not provide the best quality picture - is this true?

are there any other laptops I should consider?

    thanks for all your help!

I'm not too familiar with the other models but the screen on my F8VA is very nice and doesn't appear grainy.
