It's got Windows 7 starter which supports up to 2gigs of RAM. According to CPU-Z, the 1gig in there is DDR2. From my last laptop I salvaged a 2gig stick that is DDR2 as well. Here are the specifications: EBE21UE8AFSA-8G-F NEW ELPIDA 2GB DDR2-800 LAPTOP MEMORY

    Memory > Laptop Memory > Elpida EBE21UE8AFSA-8G-F - Elpida 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800MHz non-ECC Unbuffered CL6 200-Pin SoDimm Original Memory Module Mfr P/N EBE21UE8AFSA-8G-F

Could this work in my netbook? I've done a little research and this machine is picky on RAM, and I'd rather not go out and buy a new stick if this one is compatable.
