Hey guys, I bought an Asus Z63A two years ago, and its still going strong. BUT it is time to upgrade. I am definately sticking with Asus and going to call my past reseller to see if they can offer some sort of discount for a return customer. Anyways here is what I want and dont want:

    Want:
    Wireless N
    Bluetooth
    Light to mid weight
    Good battery life
Can run many applications at once smoothly.
    100GB+ , 1GB Ram+

    Dont Want:
    Gaming Laptop
    Heavy

What are my ASUS choices out there right now? I just want something simple and sleek pretty much. Nothing too expensive either. Thanks alot everyone.

good battery life is rare on Asus notebooks right now... but I'd say the best laptop for you RIGHT NOW would be the Asus W7S.
It's a 13.3" laptop with everything you want (except "good battery life"... which no Asus can really provide at the moment)

for what you're looking for, your best bet would probably be something like the dell xps 1330 or sony sz. nothing asus makes can really compare to those two in the battery life and weight category. if you are really stuck on asus, there is also the built on s37s model.

Hmm Fair enough, well I could always get a spare battery if i needed to. I am going to stick with asus. I really like the W7S specs, looks very nice. The only thing that im worried about is that it only has 512MB of ram, which is what my current 2 year old laptop has. Will I be able to run multiple programs smoothly?

The W7S has 512MB embedded. You can add a 2GB module for more ram.

Yeah, 2.5 GB RAM should be plenty for Vista, and more than enough for XP. There are reports of the palm rests and keyboard getting warm/hot, as well as the right side fan exhaust bothering some people. Those issues and the 512 MB onboard are the only bad things I've read about this notebook though. It seems very solid.

If you are in the US, ExcaliberPC has a special on the W7S-A1W (white). It is $1400 for the notebook and an extra 9-cell battery.

and if you want to splurge for something "nicer", the U3S is quite good too.
