    Hello, I have a laptop with an i7 2630qm processor. CPU 4 core Turbo Frequency Max. It's 2.9Ghz, but not all cores are running at 2.9Ghz, its ranking is 2.9 2.8 2.6 2.6. My goal is to boost all cores to 2.9ghz. My device's BIOS is unlocked, I can access more settings if needed, but I'm not clear on what settings need to be changed. I need the support of friends who can help or give ideas on this issue.
