This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Who uses AsusDVD in Theater mode succesfully?

    I cannot get theater mode to work with Asus DVD.

    Divx playback is fine and theater mode correctly enabled through Media Player.

    Any ideas?
    I'd like to check my configuration with somebody.

    Under Asus DVD, Configuration > Video > Advanced
    Shall I use "Enable hardware acceleration"?
    Shall I use Secondary device since Primary doesn't work?

    I've got an Asus A2500D with a Mobility Radeon 9600, latest drivers and DirectX 9.0 installed.
