Why my Z96j is called Z96Js when it is clearly WSXGA..doesn't the s designate WXGA??

Again when I look in system Information and other information tabs my computer is allways labeled Z96Js...i thought the letter s at the end designates S96j and being WXGA...my computer is WSXGA so why the s??

hehe, the Z96j is really called a Z96js, no one cares about the little "s" at the end, so everyone calls it the Z96j.

Yes you are correct S96J signifies WXGA screen, while the Z96j (Z96js) signifies a WSXGA+ screen. :D

i think i ve seen like a dozen threads from you in the past week alone 11 of which deal with things you could have put into one single thread or email to your vendor. not to sound mean but dude, give it a break. There are people here with real issues who post and need help and their thread gets bumped by this. Why?

True, I figured this would come eventually. I just got my new computer and yes, I guess I've been pretty post happy since. Sorry, I will tone it down and save it for the "real" issues. It's somewhat addicting knowing answers are so readily available on here
