Looking for a lightweight and inexpensive laptop that would be used primarily for websurfing and email. Would like the laptop to be able to handle a AVCHD files for minimal (light editing) and display of HD content in a pinch (when on the road). Will the T6500 processor handle this?
    Thanks!

The T6500 CPU could handle HD video editing, but it won't be "in a pinch". You'd be really pushing it and I'd probably opt for another notebook (or upgrade the CPU in the U81A) if video editing is an important/often task you'd be performing.
