    I dont think it will work because is had a FSB of 800Mhz while the P7350 has a 1066mhz FSB. Not entirely sure

    It'll work. Bus speed doesn't affect whether or not you can use a processor. Just make sure to check the socket the processor is for before you go manhandling your motherboard.

    At least I think it'll work. Wait for another response from someone more seasoned, I might be wrong. Always good to learn though, right?
