    Simple question here. It's probably been asked before but I couldn't find any topics on the search (if there are any please direct me to them :eek: )

    Anyway, will this RAM fit into my G1 RAM slot, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220229 I want to double check and make sure it will fit before I purchase. Thanks for your guys help!

    As far as I know that should fit your lappy just fine. :)

    OK, well that answers that question. Also, I should only buy one stick of this right? Vista doesn't recognize 4gb of RAM does it?

    Additionaly, many computers have BIOS and hardware issues with 4GB of RAM. That's before going into the OS, you might have problems booting, recognizing hardware, etc etc.

    I simply suggest delaying the update until laptops become more compatible with 4GB RAM. It's not useful to have more than 3GB nowadays anyways, for most users.
