    Hello,

I just reformatted my Q500a with an SSD and have installed all drivers that appeared relevant. However, at this time, the FN+ F3, F4, and F9 keys do not work, others do. From what I've read, the ATK driver is that which is relevant to these keys and I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled to no avail. So, at this time, I cannot turn down/up the keyboard backlight or turn on/off the touchpad. I've also installed some other drivers that didn't appear relevant, but that didn't help and I ended up uninstalling them anyway.

Also, all functions definitely worked before the reformat. I even reinstalled my old hard drive and booted into the OS - these functions still work with that hard drive, just not on the newly formatted SSD. I copied over the driver files and looked and they're the same files on the SSD as they were on the old HDD. Given that, I have no idea why these function keys aren't working?! Can anyone help, please? Thanks!
