I would like to upgrade my laptops memory to 4gb hence need to run a 64bit os. I figure I might as well upgrade to windows 7.

I understand that vista drivers will work in win 7.

The problem: Asus only has available for download 32 bit vista drivers.

Partial Solution: I figure I can download x64 drivers for most components from the mfg's site, but this still leaves me in the dark for drivers for the function keys etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Go to the Asus driver download website and select the F3Sr notebook instead of the F3Sv. The Vista 64bit drivers are available there.

Thanks for all the help guys.

See you in a few weeks when I get around to installing and everything's haywire, but until then: you kids are the best.
