I've been poking around trying to find a solution. Windows 7 RC was running my processor at nearly 100% doing nothing. I found a forum post that indicated that the High Definition Audio device driver can cause that. I disabled the device and my processor usage went back to normal.

Has anyone found a fix for this? I tried to update the driver, but Windows indicates that I have the latest driver which is dated 4/09. Is there another drive I can try from a third party source?
