    I sent my proof of purchase in over 2 weeks ago now for Windows 7 to asus, and they sent me an email saying they got it, and then said I would get another email when they verified it. I still got nothin. anyone else get theirs confirmed yet?

    I'm pretty sure that bob1182006 said that the same thing is going on for him. I sent mine in just on Tuesday, but I haven't gotten a confirmation either.

    Maybe the verification email will come out on Oct 22? It might be the same email that says "we're shipping you the Win 7 now"

    I sent an e-mail to Asus asking how to proceed if the country is not listed on their website about 3 weeks ago.. No answer so far -_- and the automatic e-mail says 3 business day =/

    Is Asus support service always that bad?
