Hi I have just brought a brand new ASUS F6VE laptop computer with 64 bit Windows Vista operatering system It is a little beaty, but I cannot get the finger print scanner to work. Went on to the ASUS website downloaded the 64 bit software and drivers, but still not working. I now get the image of blank square when restarting computer, but if I move my finger over the scanner I get an error sound but no message. After downloading drivers and software from the ASUS website I go to run it and I get the error message Trusted Platform Module cannot be found. Please help
I HAVE SINCE OPENED UP DEVICE MANAGER AND IT IS INSTALLED, but it is showing only 32 bit operating driver I go to update driver and is says that the driver is the latest for this device

    Thankyou any help much appreciated
